We dispatch your orders from our headquarters in Washington, US, to adventurers across the globe (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).

Order Processing: Your treasure chest (order) is carefully prepared and packed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free!
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note these are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, like customs processing.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by the quality and fun of our Renaissance Costumes, Pirate Gear, Greek Goddess Gowns, and everything in between. But we know sometimes a hat might not fit just right. That’s why we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly returns process!

We happily accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged costumes within 15 days of you receiving your order.

⚠️ Important Note on Final Sale Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our crew members (customers), the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons:
  • Make-Up Products (from the “Make-Up” menu)

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our friendly support crew at [email protected]. Send us an email using the template below to get the process started.

Step 2: Await Authorization & Instructions

We will respond promptly (usually within 1-2 business days) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package the unused costume(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number.

Return Shipping Costs: These are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to our fault (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Step 4: Processing by Our Team

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your request. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your return or exchange.

Refund & Exchange Information

Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: For size or style exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
