However, we understand that sometimes a hat might not fit just right, or a tunic might not be the shade you dreamed of. That’s why we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly returns and exchanges process to keep the adventure going!
Our Policy Overview
We happily accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged costumes within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please have your order number ready.
⚠️ Important Note on Final Sale & Hygiene-Sensitive Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, make-up products and intimate apparel (if applicable) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Please choose these items carefully!
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our friendly support crew at [email protected]. Send us an email using the template below to get the process started.
Step 2: Await Authorization & Instructions
We will respond promptly (usually within 1-2 business days) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely package the unused costume(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to our fault (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Step 4: Processing by Our Team
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your request. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your return or exchange.
Refund Information
Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account (typically 5-10 additional business days).
Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: For size or style exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
